Phase 2 Funding Structure
CMD shall provide a direct implementation contribution of ₦2,650,000 toward the deployment and operationalization of the digitisation platform. This contribution covers critical infrastructure and foundational technologies:
- Cloud hosting infrastructure (high-availability VPS/cloud servers)
- Database hosting, backup, and disaster recovery systems
- Secure domain and enterprise-grade SSL certification
- CDN and web application firewall (WAF) services
- SMS and email notification gateway integrations
- Secure file storage and document management infrastructure
- API and server environment provisioning
- Security monitoring, penetration testing, and NDPR compliance tooling
- Load balancing, caching, and uptime optimization services
The remaining development investment contributed by Primeezy shall be recovered through a structured revenue-sharing model tied to platform usage and transaction activity. A mutually agreed percentage of eligible digital transactions processed through the platform shall be allocated toward gradual recovery of Primeezy's investment over an agreed period, as defined in the Phase 2 Collaboration Agreement.

This initiative is structured as a strategic collaboration between Primeezy and CMD, not a traditional vendor-client transaction. We believe in building long-term partnerships that deliver sustained value beyond project delivery.
- Phase 1 commences upon written acceptance of this proposal by CMD
- Phase 2 is contingent upon mutual satisfaction with Phase 1 deliverables
- CMD's implementation contribution is due before Phase 2 development begins
- Custom-developed systems will be jointly owned by CMD and Primeezy
- Primeezy may reference CMD as a public-sector case study subject to approval
- Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice
